New Patients at AlignOK Chiropractic Wellness
The First Visit
This appointment takes 30-45 minutes if paperwork is completed in advance. If you haven’t completed your paperwork online, you can finish it before your appointment begins. Jill, our chiropractic assistant who also works at the front desk, will determine your insurance coverage if you plan to use insurance.
You’ll then be given a brief tour of the office. Next, Dr. Brotherton will perform a thorough assessment which includes:
- A consultation or discovery conversation
- An examination
- Digital X-rays if needed
- Therapies to provide relief if warranted
Your Second Visit
When you return, Dr. Brotherton will go over the results of the exam, scans and X-rays. He’ll determine, based on your history and exam, what caused your symptoms to appear in first place. Next, he’ll present recommendations for a care plan. Please allow 15-20 minutes for this appointment.
Once those recommendations are given, Jill will come in and talk about the financial matters and what the cost of care will be. Because we never want finances to be an obstacle to getting the care you need, we provide convenient payment plans. We also accept most major medical insurance and Medicare.
